All of our staff team are paediatric first aid trained, and senior staff will have a formal workplace first aid certificate too. Our staff team has been at RHNS for between 3 years to 30 years of service.
All of our core staff have an early years qualification or are currently undertaking an early years qualification. Senior staff also have a BA in Childhood Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
All early years staff are registered with the Scottish Social Service Council or the General Teaching Council for Scotland (Scottish Social Services Council | SSSC and GTC Scotland – the independent regulator for teachers in Scotland)
